NDA / Kit License Agreement

Jazz Semiconductor requires a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) between potential partners before sharing proprietary information. A Design Kit Evaluation Agreement (DKEA) is required to enable access to technology specific Jazz PDKs.
